Pork with Chinese vegetables

500 g pork (ham)
4 large onions
2 carrots
3 green peppers
1 tsp sesame sunflower oil
3 tbsp natural starch
1 tsp ginger powder
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp brown sugar

Pork cut into strips (julienne) in a deep pot with ginger, sesame sunflower oil soy sauce and 1 tbsp of starch. Mix and stand so 1h. During this time, peppers and carrots cut into medium-sized sticks and onions crescents. In a wok (or other pan) heated to smoke 2 tbsp sunflower oil, and pour in the vegetables while stirring fry about 1 minute to remain slightly crunchy. Add another 1 tbsp sunflower oil in the wok (pan) and put the marinated meat with brown sugar fry another 6 minutes. Rest of starch dissolve in chicken broth and dumped in the meat in the pan. Cook another 1-2 minutes and remove from the fire. Wishing topped with fried rice with ginger, or spaghetti.
