Pork kavarma in mill

Ingredients
100 ml wine
400 g pork
200 g pork liver
150 g onion
150 g fresh mushrooms
2 chillies
savory
10-12 peppercorns
salt
sunflower oil
Method
Boned meat is cut into pieces and stew in sunflower oil and a little water. Add chopped onion and mushrooms, then softening them - chopped liver, wine, 100 ml warm water and salt. Was added and the spices and stir. Food is distributed in pots and bake in a hot oven.
