Pork liver in a pot

Ingredients
1 kg pork liver
4-5 large onions
3 carrots
10 roasted peppers
pickled mushrooms
4 tbsp chutney
oil
red and black pepper, salt
1 cup white wine
1 cup Water
flour
parsley

Method
Swine liver is put to soak in water well in advance for about 1 hour in water. Then cut into slices and add some flour in. All products are not cut very finely. In fat fry gently liver, remove and put other products to stew. In a pot pour this paste is ordered liver and sprinkle with parsley. Bake for about 30 minutes and remove the lid, allowing in the preheated oven.

but can you red wine instead of white. More red home use.

Red wine tightens meat no matter what it is, why is the recipe with white wine. And red wine transmitted tart taste of liver.
