Ingredients
500 g pork
100 g onion
400 g roasted red peppers
250 g mushrooms
60 g carrots
1 tbsp sunflower oil
100 g sour cream
salt
Method
The meat is washed and cut into cubes. Fry to graying. Carrots and onions finely and add in the meat, make 1 cup water and stew until the meat poluomekvane. Mushrooms cut into halves and add.
