Ingredients
500 g pork
500 g fresh mushrooms
4 large onions
100 ml sunflower oil
1 tbsp savory
1 tsp red pepper
pepper, salt

Method
In a saucepan Pour the oil and fry gently sliced pieces of meat with paprika, pepper and savory. Add coarsely chopped mushrooms and onions, 100 ml water and salt. PLATES is reduced to a medium level and put the lid for 15 minutes, and then increased again to complete cooking of the dish.
