Pork steak with whiskey sauce

Ingredients
4 pork chops
2 onions
2 tsp brown sugar
3 tbsp whiskey
3 tsp flour
50 g butter
200 ml meat broth
pepper
salt
Method
Chops Wash, dry and fry in a little vegetable oil (optional can roast and BBQ). Sprinkle with salt and pepper and keep warm. chopped onion fry in the butter, until translucent. Add the flour and also fry gently over low heat. Dilute the mixture gradually to the hot broth, add sugar. The sauce to the boil and boil 2 minutes over low heat, stirring. If too thick, dilute with a little broth or water. Finally sauce mixed with whiskey, seasoned with salt and pepper to taste and remove from fire. steaks distributed in warmed bowls, pour the sauce and served with a garnish of your choice.
