Pork tenderloin with apples

Ingredients
4 apples
4 fillets of pork
salt, pepper
2 tbsp mustard (sweet)
100 g flour
oil
1 tbsp fresh oregano
250 ml cream
Method
Peel apples , remove the core and cut them into squares. Fillets are chopped and salted pepper, and finally coated with mustard. Preheat the oven to 150C (130C, if a fan). Put the flour into a bowl and heat the olive oil in the pan. Roll the fillets in flour and fry on both sides for about 3 minutes. Leave them in a warm place. oregano mixed with cream. The apple pieces are placed in a baking dish and pour in the cream. Add otgore fillets and bake everything together for about 30 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes.

when pryv ROUTES my pork served with yabylki wondering whether the combination will I liked, I was a guest and courtesy at least had to try it - became my favorite recipe and syzhalih that Sym was biased to the new environment and Sym missed supplementation
