Potato balls - III type

Ingredients
2 kg potatoes
1 tsp (5 g) salt
1/2 cup (100 g) semolina
2 slices of bread
10 g margarine
500 ml milk
Method
Raw peeled potatoes are grated and extrude through cheesecloth. To loosen, sprinkle with salt and put in bowl. The bread is cut into cubes and fry in fat. Semolina is poured into boiling milk and boil with constant stirring until a thick slurry, which was poured over the potato mixture and quickly mixed. Hands immersed in cold water and knead the dough until smooth and no longer sticks to the court. With wet hands, form the meatballs, which are filled with cubes of bread. Boil in salted water for 15-20 minutes prodalenie.
