Ingredients
5-6 large potatoes
1 onion
2 eggs
2 tbsp yogurt
4 tbsp flour
150 g feta cheese
100 g of ham or a sausage
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp savory
1 tsp salt

Method
Cook potatoes, peel and smash with a press, add grated onion, ham cut into small pieces, eggs, yogurt, the feta cheese, flour, savory and salt and baking soda. The mixture is stirred well and pour into greased muffin trays. Bake about 20 minutes. Wait to cool and then taken out of the trays.

Appear 5-6 potato muffins that dose. Bake in preheated oven 180 degrees.
