Ingredients
200 g potatoes
2 tbsp wine vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil (sunflower oil)
1 onion
1 bunch radishes
salt, pepper
Method
Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes are placed in boiling salted water for 10 minutes. Chop the onion and sliced radishes. Add to the cooked and drained potatoes and season with salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar.
