Potatoes and peas with yogurt

Ingredients
800 g peas from a can (1 jar)
5 carrots
1 kg potatoes
50 g butter
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
3 tbsp dill
# For the sauce:
50 g butter
2 tbsp flour
1 cup yogurt
1/2 cup water
2 eggs
pinch of citric acid
1/2 tsp salt
Method
Boil the carrots and cut into circles. Peel the potatoes, cut into large cubes and boil in salted water. Drained by maintaining the 1 cup of the water in which they are cooked. Fry in the butter. Add carrots, drained peas and fry 4-5 minutes. Pour the water from the potatoes, add the pepper and dill. All products sauce confused and put on the stove to boil. Mixed vegetables with sauce and confuse well.
