Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
500 g canned peas
40 g butter
1 cup milk
4 cloves garlic
flour
cheese
breadcrumbs
pepper
salt

Method
Boil unpeeled potatoes in salted water. Peel and smash. Add them salt, pepper and two raw eggs. Beat. The butter melts and in it fry the garlic until pink. Add drained peas and fry. Add the breadcrumbs and allow the butter to soak. Pan is pulled from the fire and add the chopped boiled egg. In another pan, melt the remaining butter in it and fry until golden flour. With continuous stirring, and milk. Waiting to get a smooth sauce. Grate the cheese is, add salt and pepper. In a greased baking pan arrange potatoes, peas is sprayed on top and pour the sauce. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
