Pretzels with mushrooms

Ingredients
3 Viennese buns
100 g mushrooms
75 g butter
2 eggs
50 g cheese
Method
Cleaned and chopped mushrooms smothered in half of the butter. Grated cheese mix with the eggs and add to the stew mushrooms. Buns cut across approximately 15 slices and arrange in a baking dish. On each circle is distributed remaining butter, and on it the mushroom mixture. Bake in a moderate oven until browned. Crackers can be served both warm and cold.
