Method
Slices of bread are coated with the butter on them and arrange tomato slices. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, chopped parsley and top with grated cheese and small pieces of butter. Bake in a moderate oven until it turns rosy.

Hello, I make sandwiches in a similar way, but only the first bake the tomatoes to poizpari liquid and then cover with slices of cheese or cheese.

It is really tasty, you can sprinkle the seasoning of choice.
