Ingredients
90 g of beans, lentils or peas
30 ml milk
20 ml sunflower oil or olive oil
10 g onion
1 yolk
salt
Method
Cooked beans creases Press for potatoes. The fat is heated and put crushed stew. Stir several times, pour the milk and add salt. Shortly before it boils put the yolk. Once the boil remove from fire. The same paste can be made with onions, which fry, to which is added the crushed beans. Serve as a side dish or poached eggs.
