Ingredients
300 g lukewarm water
1 tsp salt
flour (as necessary to make a soft dough)
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil
feta cheese
sunflower oil for frying

Method
On the water salt and flour, knead a soft dough. Roll out a sheet with a thickness of 2-3 mm, which is coated with the oil. Wound on a roll and cut into pieces 5-6 cm wide. Each piece is rolled out new 1-2 mm thick, sprinkle with feta cheese and folded in two, slightly pinched at the edges and fry in heated sunflower oil.

These are patties grandmother. I make them like this: Roll a large thin sheet mill cheese, fold it in four and pan-fried in little oil.
