Rabbit stew stew

Ingredients
1 rabbit (about 1 kg)
1 cup sunflower oil
2 red onion
1 tsp paprika
4-5 potatoes
10 peppercorns
2-3 Allspice
1 bay leaf
1 head of garlic
salt

Method
Rabbit boil in salted water in a saucepan pressure for 15-20 minutes. Remove from broth and wait to dry or dry with a clean cloth. Then fry on both sides in the oil. Wadi and at the same sunflower oil fry the red onion. Sprinkle with paprika and pulls the fire. In the ring casseroles put fried meat, onions, potatoes (cut into pieces), spices. Pour broth of boiled rabbit and bake.

I did without Fry meat. Boiled meat I distributed in small pots for individual serving.

Hello, I want to ask you close casseroles, because the picture looks baked, not steamed?

No, no shut casseroles. If using raw meat should add more broth to close with a lid and then you become ready to remove the cover and finish cooking.
