Repent kebab

Ingredients
700 g pork
125 g butter
1 onion
2 tomatoes
1 cup red wine
1 cup water
200 g mushrooms
pepper
mint
salt
Method
Cut the meat into small pieces and mixed with black pepper, mint, salt, mushrooms, cut into slices, melted butter, chopped onion, grated tomatoes, red wine and water. Allow to stand for two hours. Marinated meat is distributed in foil, by placing a little of the marinade. Wind and ranks in the tray. Put a little water bake on medium heat. Serve warm, with fthe oil.
