Rice salad with olives

Ingredients
100 g cheese
10-12 green olives
1 apple
1 small onion
100 g long grain rice
3-4 tbsp cream
1 tbsp (10 ml) vinegar
black pepper
salt
Method
Rice is boiled until soft in a large amount of water, drain and leave to cool. Grate the cheese grater in large pieces. Apple is peeled, cleaned of seminal part and cut into small cubes or sticks. Chop the onion and olives them remove the stones and cut into 4 strips lengthwise. Thus prepared ingredients are mixed and seasoned with vinegar, cream, pepper and salt to taste. Salad mix well, packed in an appropriate serving plate and garnish optional.
