Rice with soy sprouts

Ingredients
2 cups Rice
2 eggs
3 tbsp sunflower sunflower oil
2 tbsp sesame sunflower oil
4 tbsp finely chopped fresh cabbage
3 tbsp grated carrots
3 tbsp soy sprouts
1 tsp sugar
salt
Method
Rice is boiled - water 4 cups 2 cups rice. In a heavy-bottomed pan is very hot sunflower sunflower oil, add the sugar and stir well. This mixture fry separately cabbage, carrots and soy sprouts on for 1 minute and remove them in another court. In a pan put the cooled rice and fry for about 2-3 minutes. Separately, whisk the eggs, which add sesame sunflower oil and salt. This mixture was added to a hot rice, such as in the middle of its shape less well. Eggs are stirred with a wooden spatula until harden, and then mixed with rice. Add the vegetables and the sprouts. If needed, salt is added. dish eaten warm.
