Roast chicken with lemons

Ingredients
1 chicken
3-4 lemons
1/2 bunch parsley
2 cloves garlic
salt, pepper, cayenne pepper

Method
Wash the chicken and clean of excess fat. Cut it in half the sternum. Put the chicken in a bowl and pour the lemon juice. Add to the bowl and pieces of lemon. Prepare a marinade of finely chopped garlic and parsley, salt, pepper and paprika. Coat the chicken inside and out with this mixture. Allow chicken to marinate in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Preheat oven to 200 C. Bake 45 minutes, until golden. Serve the chicken hot, sprinkled with finely chopped parsley.

Mmmm, hot dishes with lemon are always something very fine! I've done similar, but with honey, thyme and rosemary. Only with lemon thought it dry ... I do not know why.

I usually do not like to change recipes, but here also improved slightly as I added curry, because I am convinced that suits curry chicken. Recipe obtain excellent!
