Roast pork with spicy sauce

Ingredients
1 kg pork
150 ml red wine
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp horseradish
1 tbsp salt
pinch of pepper
2 tbsp flour
50 g cream
50 g sunflower oil
salt
Method
Meat must be well-formed short. Is not cut. Rub well with salt, pepper, mustard, horseradish, pour the wine, Cover and leave to stand for one night in the fridge. In a container with hot fat fry the meat evenly on all sides, pour in the marinade, cover with foil and put in a hot oven to 250 C. So bake 20 minutes, then reduce oven to 150 C. In 2 tbsp sunflower oil fry the flour, add the sauce by cooking the meat and boiled. If necessary, add a little water or broth. A few minutes before removing from the fire, add cream. The meat is served sliced, sprinkled with parsley sauce in sauce-boat. Garnish with boiled potatoes and pickled cucumbers.
