Roasted apple stuffed with Italian

Ingredients
4 large apples
100 g amaretini
4 tbsp amaretto
2 tbsp chopped cookies pistachios
50 g sugar
200 ml cream
1 tsp starch
little lemon juice

Method
Apples washed, cut them lid inside carving to remove pod. Hole is smeared with lemon juice. Amaretinite be crushed, mixed with liquor and pistachios and the mixture is filled apples. Put the lids and bake in preheated oven at 180 C in about 25 minutes. During this time, the sugar is mixed with the 2 tbsp water and caramelized. Cream mixed with starch and up to caramel. Apples are served splashed with cream-caramel sauce.
