Roasted chicken with rice and mushrooms

Ingredients
1 chicken (about 1 kg)
150 g fresh mushrooms
200 g rice
100 g cheese
100 g butter
1 tbsp flour
salt
pepper
Method
Chicken Boil in salted water. 10-15 minutes before removing from heat, add well-washed mushrooms. Chicken and mushrooms are removed from the broth. After poizstinat, chicken is boned and cut into chunks and mushrooms - slices. Rice is boiled in 3 cups the broth. In a fireproof container is made a bed of cooked rice. Place a chicken and mushroom slices and sprinkle top with grated cheese. And put a few pieces of butter. Separately made sauce in the remaining butter fry flour, diluted with broth and added pepper. Pour some rice. Bake in a moderate oven until cheese has melted and is golden.
