Roasted feta cheese with sauce

Ingredients
200-300 g fresh feta cheese
pinch of pepper
1 tsp honey
50 ml water
pinch of thyme
1 tbsp sunflower oil
paprika for sprinkling
Method
Fresh feta cheese is cut into squares or rectangles and bake on the grill pan or BBQ. Topping is made by mixing water, honey, thyme and the oil and leave to boil. Then unplug and leave another 1-2 minutes. Leave to cool. The feta cheese ranks in a dish and pour the dressing thus obtained. Sprinkle with paprika and garnish optional tomatoes and cucumbers. fresh feta cheese can be replaced with fresh.
