Roasted pumpkin in a pot

Ingredients
1.2 kg pumpkin
100 g sugar
30 g butter
200 g cream
1 vanilla

Method
Pumpkin cut into cubes, which are placed in a greased with butter earthenware pot. The pieces are sprinkled with vanilla and sugar. After 15-20 minutes, are pressed against the bottom of the pot, so that they are tightly together. Pour in the cream, place top pieces of butter. Bake in a moderate oven until soft pumpkin. Consumed chilled.
