Ingredients
# For roll:
4 egg whites
2/3 cup sugar
pinch of salt
# For the cream:
1 cup milk
3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp starch
1 egg
50 g butter
1 vanilla
# For fruit:
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp brandy or rum
1 pear - peeled and cubed pineapple or the same amount
1 / 2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
powdered sugar for sprinkling
Method
Whip nice with salt. Sugar was added under continuous stirring. Pour the mixture into a rectangular baking dish and bake in a preheated 180 C oven. Baked base to cool in the tin. The cream is prepared by crash together the egg, milk and starch. Add the sugar and the butter, were mixed until dissolved, and the cream is allowed to cool. Sugar and alcohol pears put on the fire and add the blueberries. Stir until the liquid evaporates. Cool base turns on baking paper sprinkled with powdered sugar. Smeared with cream on top and put the fruit. Then turns to roll the top and sprinkle with more icing sugar.
