Rolls with jam

Ingredients
1/2 cup (100 g) flour
60 g butter
5 eggs
1/2 cup (100 g) powdered sugar
200 g jam
1/2 cup (100 g) chopped walnuts
1 tsp cinnamon
powdered sugar for sprinkling
Method
Is broken yolks with sugar until white. Add the flour, melted butter, and finally egg whites broken down into snow. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish with butter and bake in a moderate oven. Baked board is placed on a cloth smeared with jam, sprinkle with walnuts and cinnamon and rolled. As cool roll sprinkled with powdered sugar.
