2 cup white flour
2 cup milk
3 eggs
100 g butter
2 tbsp sugar
salt
# For the filling:
350 g mushrooms
150 g roast pork
1 onion
50 g butter
pepper
green onions (optional)

Method
Sugar, salt and egg yolks and 1 cup milk, mix thoroughly to no lumps. Then pour the remaining milk, add the melted butter, egg white is broken again and everything nice mix. The mixture fry very thin pancakes. Part of the butter braised chopped onion and sliced ​​julienne mushrooms. Then there was added finely chopped meat, salt and pepper. On each pancake put 2 tbsp of the filling and roll up. The rolls are arranged in the pan, sprinkle with melted butter and baked in an oven at 180-200 C for 10 minutes.
