Ingredients
700 g pork or veal
4 sausages
2 pickles
2-3 potatoes
8 marinated mushrooms
salt
pepper
flour
4-5 tbsp cream
frying fat
1/2 cup broth
Method
Pickles, pickled mushrooms and cooked potatoes are cut into very small cubes. The meat is cut into 8 pieces, which are crushed, add salt and pepper scatter. In each put half peeled skinless sausage and part of the prepared mixture. Wrapping rolls, tied with strong thread, rolled in flour and fry until browned in preheated oil. Remove to a warm plate.
