Roulades stuffed with mushrooms and ham

Ingredients
600-700 g beef or pork apple or topside
salt
pepper
12-15 mushrooms
2 small pickles
80-100 g ham
2-3 small potatoes
1/2 tsp mustard
flour
frying fat
40 g butter
Method
Cut the meat into 8 patty (side muscle), with slightly tapering Pip, add salt and sprinkle with pepper. Mushrooms, finely chopped, sauté in the butter until soft and mix with ham, pickles and boiled potatoes, cut into small cubes, and mustard. The resulting filling is distributed schnitzel, which are wrapped in a roll tied with strong thread, rolled in flour and fry in very hot oil.
