Rump steaks with onions and mushrooms

Ingredients
600-800 g of beef or mutton from sirloin
4 onions
16 marinated mushrooms
1/3 cup wine
flour
salt
pepper
fat frying
Method
Cleaned meat shaped oval steaks that are lightly crushed and scatter with salt and pepper. Fry in hot oil. In the same fat fry until golden color crescent-cut onion, salted and dusted with flour. Remove with latticed spoon and distributed on ramstetsite. In the remaining oil sauté the mushrooms and pour the wine, then add to ramstetsite.
