Rural buns with stuffing

Ingredients
3 tbsp olive oil
1 head red onion
300 g flour 1/2 tsp baking powder
200 ml milk
feta cheese
tomatoes
butter
yolk spreads
fresh herbs (oregano, basil, parsley)
Method
In oil stew the onion until soft. In a bowl sifted flour with a pinch of salt. Add already steamed and cooled onions, the feta cheese, tomatoes and finely chopped herbs. Stir the mixture and add milk. Involved soft dough, transfer to a floured surface, knead to a few minutes and is divided into 5-6 pieces (or, depending on how big you want to be your buns) . From each part shape flat, round buns, make a small incision from the middle to the end, add a little butter on top and sprinkle with more optional feta cheese. Bake for about 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 200C.
