Salad of rice and shrimp

Ingredients
250 g of rice
4 tbsp (40 ml) olive oil
1 tbsp (10 ml), tarragon or lemon juice
150 g sterilized peas
1/2 red pepper
120 g ham
5-6 almonds
1/2 fennel root
60 g sterilized shrimp
2 sprigs parsley
salt
pepper
Method
Clean and scalded rice is boiled until soft in a large amount of salted water. Filter while still hot, add the olive oil, vinegar (or lemon juice) and pepper. Add diced ham, grated root fennel, parsley, peeled and grated almonds and other products. Salad gently stir and leave little to stand in a refrigerator.
