Shchi in Hungarian

Ingredients
6 tsp vegetable oil
400 g red cabbage
1 onion
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp cumin
450 g crushed canned tomatoes
3 tsp vinegar
4 cup chicken or beef broth
100 g cream
1 tbsp chopped dill
pepper, salt
Method
The butter is poured into a large pot, put chopped cabbage and onions Cover with the lid and sauté over medium heat about 20 minutes until cabbage is tender. Add other products without dill and cream and boil for 30 minutes over low heat. Insert the black pepper and served with scrambled dill and cream.
