Shortcake with biscuits and apricots

Ingredients
300 g biscuits
1 cup milk
2 tsp sugar
500 g apricots or well drained fruit compote of apricots 1
400 g cream
1 cup powdered sugar
Method
Biscotti immersed for a moment in the warm and sweetened with sugar 2 tsp milk. Arrange in a baking dish, cover with mashed apricots or very thin slices of ripe fruit. Top evenly distributed shattered cream with powdered sugar and leave the cake in the fridge for a few hours. Cake can be made with other fruits - peaches, bananas.
