Shortcake with rice

Ingredients
1/3 cup rice
1 cup milk
1/3 cup sugar
125 g butter
4 eggs
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup flour
breadcrumbs for sprinkling
Method
Rice is washed and boiled with milk. When cooked add the sugar. Softened butter mix with powdered sugar. One by one, add the beaten 4 egg yolks and mix. Put them cooked rice and flour. Mix. Egg whites are broken down into the snow and add to the mixture and slightly confused. Pour the mixture into a greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs tray. Bake in preheated oven at 180 C until ready. Optional can put nuts or raisins.
