Ingredients
500 g dock or spinach
250 g feta cheese
3 eggs
300 g fine sheet
1/2 cup (100 ml) sunflower oil
50 g butter

Method
Dock (or spinach) is cleaned, infused is removed from the water and strain. Add crumbled feta cheese and eggs. In a greased pan arrange 1/3 of sheet, sprinkle with oil and put 1/2 of the stuffing should again 1/3 sheet mainstream stuffing and finally - the remaining sheet, each row pastry sprinkled with fat. Arranged banitsa copiously sprinkled with water and with a few tablespoons of melted butter. Bake in a moderate oven.

Banitsa will become more tasty, if a little sauteed spinach, and after cool add cheese and eggs.

Great pie, I used the wild garlic and put cottage cheese instead of cheese :)
