Small cakes coffee

Ingredients
# For the dough:
150 g butter
160 g sugar
pinch of salt
5 eggs
160 g flour
1 tsp baking powder
85 g slightly bitter chocolate
# To decorate:
50 g coating of slightly bitter chocolate
50 g white coating
1 tbsp caster sugar

Method
Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Beat the butter with sugar and vanilla foam. Add eggs one at a time. And add the chocolate spread and mix. Mix flour with bakpluvera, sift and add it to the dough. Place on the baking tray and fill them up to a quarter of the dough. Bake in preheated oven at medium grill. Remove from oven and let cool. Then remove from the mold. Melt separately the two types of coating. Put it separately in small paper injection molds and decorate 10 candies with each variety. Last sprinkle with powdered sugar.
