Soup calf liver

Ingredients
piece of veal liver
1 onion
1 carrot
1/3 cup rice
1 egg
4-5 tbsp yogurt
1 tbsp flour
mint
dry parsley
pepper
salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp lemon juice
Method
In a saucepan fry finely chopped liver, onion and grated carrot for about 2 minutes. Add red pepper and stir. Pour water and boiled for about 15-20 minutes. Then add the rice and spices. Continue cooking until ready rice. Flour dissolved in water and added to the soup. Make a soup thickener from the egg, milk and lemon juice.
