Soup with cauliflower and spinach

Ingredients
200 g choppy cauliflower
200 g minced meat spinach
100 g carrots into cubes
1 red pepper
1 stalk chopped leek
2-3 cloves garlic
1 vegetable broth
5 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tsp salt

Method
All products without salt is placed in a suitable container for boiling and pour 1.5 l. of water. Soup boil 20 minutes or until soft all vegetables. Salt is added 5 minutes before end of cooking.

Oh, these meatless soups I really like! Put all vegetables as my fall with the seasons and has obtained something very tasty. I added peas and spinach instead put the dock. Congealed soup with a little oatmeal.
