Soup Garbyur

Ingredients
1 cabbage
250 g green beans or peas
3-4 carrots
several ribs or smoked salo
parsley
pepper
thyme
bay leaf
salt
Method
Vegetables, chopped, is Boil in salted water. In the boiling soup put ribs or salo and spices. Before serving ribs and bay leaves are removed. This soup is traditional southwestern France.
