Ingredients
100 g short pasta
2 cubes chicken broth
2 yolks
2-3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp flour
20 g butter
feta cheese Parmesan
salt
Method
In 2 liters of water put the cubes of chicken broth and when the water boils put the pasta. Boil on low heat 15-20 minutes. Yolks are broken down well with the flour and lemon juice and soup thicken. And add the butter. In presentation after serving plate, soup sprinkled with plenty of grated Parmesan. Optional soup can be prepared with not only pasta, but also with other types of pasta.
