Spanakov dip

Ingredients
200-300 g spinach
4 tbsp processed cheese
3 tbsp sour cream
30 g grated cheese
2 tbsp grated feta cheese Parmesan
garlic (optional)
marinated artichokes (optional)

Method
Spinach is cut into small pieces (if frozen, thawed and drained well) and put in a nonstick pan with artichokes (if using). After 2-3 minutes add other products and stirring until cheeses melt. * Serve with crackers, pretzels, toast, fried slices of parmesan and olive oil or garnish.

Great. I really like spinach and it will surely like it.

And I'd really like this recipe! I'm the only one at home who loves spinach, but will do the spring.

I loved the spinach after it tried thus prepared :) may like it and someone else :). I use low-fat or fat-free cheeses to eat more :)
