In a bowl, dissolve the yeast, sugar and 1 tbsp flour 100 ml lukewarm water cover and let it rise in a warm place. Once the yeast has effervescent added thereto mustard and other condiments. With mixer stir the mixture - with spiral dough mixer. Pour lukewarm water and gradually add flour, not to be confused with intermittent mixer. So, until the mixture over the entire meal and get dough. Sprinkle with a little flour, cover and leave in a warm place to rise. When risen with greased hands form buns, pizzas, pitas, buns or other of your choice. * It is very fluffy and thread dough. * I do it with flour type, but as I wrote in the products can be used, and white flour. * The spice is your taste, quantity also.
