Spicy meatballs with tomato sauce

Ingredients
400 g minced meat
1 egg
1 tbsp yogurt
4-5 tbsp flour
500 g of tomato sauce (salsa)
1/2 onion
sunflower oil for frying
breadcrumbs
spices of your choice
cayenne pepper
bay leaf
pepper
salt
Method
Meatballs are made from minced meat, egg, milk, spices of your choice and a little cayenne pepper, rolled in breadcrumbs and fried. In the same fat, put chopped onions, flour and tomato sauce. Once the boil put 300 ml water, bay leaf, black pepper and salt to taste. Meatballs rank in the pan, pour in tomato sauce and put in the oven for about 30 minutes at 180 C. It can be served with white rice or mashed potatoes.
