Spicy mushroom sauce

Ingredients
250 g mushrooms
150 ml white wine
4 tbsp natural cornstarch
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp mustard
3-4 cloves garlic (passaged or powder)
2 tsp finely chopped lemon or 1 tsp lemon juice
pepper

Method
Cook the mushrooms for 10 minutes in 500 ml water, add the white wine and cook another 5 minutes sauce thickened with cornstarch dissolved in very little water. With continuous stirring, add the soy sauce, mustard and other spices. Boil for another 5 minutes.
