Spinach with cheese

Ingredients
2 kg spinach
2 tbsp butter
1 bunch parsley
1 bunch spring onions
1 bunch fresh garlic
250 g feta cheese
butter or sunflower oil
pepper, salt
Method
Cut spinach or scalded him with boiling water, then refresh with cold. Kindle the butter, run it drained spinach, add some pepper, salt, parsley, garlic and onion (chopped). Simmer 15 minutes. In a baking dish, greased with butter put half spinach, cover it with crumbled feta cheese and put the other half of spinach. Pour a little heated butter or sunflower oil and bake.
