Ingredients
1.5 kg spinach
250 g cow feta cheese
2 eggs
1 cup grated cheese
pepper, salt
flour for rolling
Method
Boil spinach in salted water. Drain and mix it with the feta cheese and eggs. Add salt and pepper. Of the mixture do round balls that roll in flour and boil in salted water. Finished dumplings sprinkled with grated cheese.
