Spinach scale with rice in the oven

Ingredients
100 g feta cheese
500 g spinach
1 cup rice
1 onion
4 tbsp sunflower oil
60 g butter
3 eggs
3 tbsp breadcrumbs
Salt
pepper
yogurt
Method
Clean and wash spinach cut in large pieces and onions - finely and sauté with a pinch of salt in half of the oil until soft. Rice fry until transparent in the remaining sunflower oil, sprinkle with salt and ground black pepper and bay 2 and 1/2 cup hot water. Stew over low heat until they were swollen. The yolks and whites of eggs are broken down individually, mix and add to the rice cool down. In a greased with butter and scatter with breadcrumbs form pour half of the rice-egg mixture, align and pour it on the spinach mixed with bread crumbs and crumbled feta cheese. Cover with the rest of the rice. On the flattened surface of the rice rank pieces butter. The dish is baked in a moderate oven about 25 minutes. Remove and cool down, turning on the appropriate dish. Serve with yogurt.
